Mary Markham
Mary Markham is a director of client relations for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. She provides strategic leadership and mentorship to her team. She coordinates the delivery of defined benefit administration services for her book of clients. In addition, she is responsible for client escalations, project management, and development and implementation of best practices. Mary joined the firm in 2015.
Experience
Mary has worked in the defined benefit field since 2012, with extensive experience in supervising and managing various defined benefit administration teams. Her expertise spans a wide range of plans, including traditional, union, cash balance, variable annuity, and nonqualified plans. Her objective is to deliver superior quality products to both the participant and the client. She collaborates with her team and various departments within Milliman to ensure comprehensive satisfaction of her clients' needs.
Prior to joining Milliman, Mary worked in the defined benefit practice at a consulting firm specializing in multiemployer plans.
