Dylan specializes in Taft Hartley multiemployer health and welfare fund consulting. This includes developing budgeting and cost projections, analyzing plan experience, reviewing and managing provider renewals, calculating IBNR claim reserves, and developing COBRA rates. He assists clients with benefit design and general consulting.

Prior to joining Milliman, Dylan worked at another consulting firm for 10 years on Taft-Hartley health & welfare and pension funds.
